I am so glad you are interested in learning more about what I do. As an Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, I have studied all the major dietary theories and then some and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life. I take into account not just what you're eating, but how you're living and together we'll find how to reach your health goals in a way that doesn't deprive you, but instead empowers you.

I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

Because everyone is unique and has his or her own bioindividuality, it is my goal to help guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you.

I received my counseling training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and was certified as a Health Counselor by Columbia University. I am a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and co-leader of the Monmouth County chapter of the Holistic Moms Network. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and my Masters is in writing. Along with my counseling business, I also teach writing at Brookdale Community College and Monmouth University.

I decided to become a health counselor to help change the direction of eating habits of adults and children and reverse the trend of disease and discomfort that is all too common today. I regularly lead workshops on nutrition and I offer counseling to individuals as well as groups.

It's rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As your personal Health and Nutrition Coach, I am here to create a supportive environment while we explore what really works for you. Schedule your initial consultation to discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.
